I am a Registered Nurse resident in the UK. I found Dr Vlastimil Visek to be a throughly experienced and caring cosmetic surgeon with a warm, friendly personality and excellent patient care skills. I underwent comprehensive surgery in September 2009: SMAS face lift + neck lift + upper eye lift. The costs of this combined procedure had been prohibitive in the UK. But in Prague, Czech Republic, they amounted to just 25% of UK advertised costs and so were very affordable. I felt very comfortable in this mans care from the outset, and confident about outcomes. Pre-surgical assessments and consultation with the surgical team were brisk but thorough. In the 24 hours post-surgery, I was well cared for: Dr Visek was at my bedside on 3 occasions - one of them in the small hours of the night - to personally check my progress and supervise medical care. (This is a surgeon who truly cares for his patients). The results are excellent and I had no problems and no after-care issues. I happily recommend Dr Visek.
